We are seeking a passionate and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to motor vehicle apprentices, up to Level 3 standard. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to motor vehicle apprentices.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and industry standards.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
Support students in achieving their qualifications and career goals.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (minimum Level 3).
Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed)
Extensive experience in the motor vehicle industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
