Job Description

About the roleAn exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our Team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Coventry as a Workshop & Accessory Parts Sales Manager.As a Sytner Workshop & Accessory Parts Sales Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be managing stock and helping to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the department. Youwill coordinate with the workshops and Sales teams as well as selling directly to the public.This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About youPrevious experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential and as well as experience of analysing and controlling KPIs and budgets.Ideally, you will be highly motivated with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems and profitability.Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential and a good knowledge of Kerridge is desirable.Why SytnerSytner Group are delighted to provide an industry-leading benefits package.We are passionate about continuous improvement and building an environment where everyone feels valued, appreciated and able to reach their full potential.
