Job Description

Imperium Financial Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious insolvency practice based in the heart of South Manchester. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bankruptcy Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. Thisrole offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of bankruptcy files and contribute to the smooth operation of insolvency processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases from inception to closure.
  • Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of bankrupt individuals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and statutory documentation in compliance with insolvency legislation.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of reports to the Insolvency Service.
  • Attend meetings with creditors and debtors, as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in insolvency or bankruptcy administration.
  • Strong knowledge of UK insolvency laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using case management software.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CPI or ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency are desirable but not essential.
