You will also be exposed to clientsacross a variety of sectors and sizes, such as Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Retail.Your responsibilities will include identifying, contacting and screening candidates utilising both phone and internet-based research, as well as working with clients to learn about their businesses and recruitment needs. Other duties will include writingclient facing documentation and conducting phone-based research projects.You’ll also have the opportunity to shadow managers and directors in their work, including client meetings, and experience the emotional and tangible rewards of finding the perfect candidate for clients.Graduate Recruitment Scheme – The Scheme:We’ve mapped out the very best graduate scheme.
