Job Description

CMS Recruitment Limited are working with a well know organisation based in Northumberland who are looking to recruit a Maintenance Co-ordinator.Our client is a based in Northumberland and is a property investment, estate management and development company. Building new homes for rent and sale, attracting investment and business growth, managing delivery of major projects, providing a diverse portfolioto support businesses and regeneration and helping you find a place to call home.They are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their Homes Maintenance Team. The team are responsible for ensuring all private rental homes are maintained to a high standard and all inspections are carried out as required.Wholly owned by Northumberland County Council they are passionate about the development of Northumberland as a place for people to live work and do business. Having achieved significant growth over the last 5 years, our client has a clear ambition to leadand drive delivery, secure investment and provide a vibrant place for people and businesses in Northumberland.Your key duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the associated administration of the maintenance team including managing an APP based system for booking time and appointments.
  • Co-ordination of workflows and ensuring that time is effectively used to support tenant needs.
  • Raise works orders and issue to relevant parties.
  • Provide audit support to compliance programmes.
  • Liaising with internal teams and sub-contractors.
To succeed in this role:You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:
  • PC Literate with experience of using MS Office and property management databases
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • Diary management skills for multiple diaries.
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to act on all occasions with integrity to positively promote the image and ethos
