Join Our Team: SEMH Teachers Needed in HaltonLocation: Halton, Start Date: SeptemberAre you a dedicated and passionate teacher with a commitment to supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Tradewind Recruitment is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for SEMH Teachers to join the team at outstandingSEMH schools in Halton, starting this September.About the Role: As an SEMH Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education and support to students with SEMH needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students
  • Creating a supportive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
What Were Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient attitude
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment
