Do you have strong vendor management skills and LOVE improving services Yes Carry on reading!Due to growth, this global retailer is now on the search for a hybrid Service Delivery Specialist to join them as they go through their largest, global transformation programme to date! Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Specialist:-Analyse the service levels across all Customer Interaction related products and services. This will include web, mobile, digital, marketing and eCommerce to name a few.-Advise on future contract amendments, where relevant and necessary.-Suggest ways to improve and help drive change.-Collaborate with the platform/application management teams in the EU to assess the progress and success of the contracts and SLAs.-Perform an advisory role to the Product Owners.-Support the vendor selection process.-Support deployment and the change management processSalary: £30,000 - £36,000 DOE + yearly salary increments and other benefits to discussLocation: Atherstone with some travel to the EUThis role will be evolving as you grow within the business and is a real springboard for your career.
