Provide 1st level support for all English user requests
Educate users to use IT equipment and software in the most efficient way
Ensure tickets are complete with information / data
Translate / pass on to relevant 2nd level teams
Manage workload & monitor SLAs
Drive efficiencies by publishing knowledge articles & providing user education
Support starters / leavers / local device provisioning

What we are looking for:Essential skills and experience:

Good all-round knowledge of IT technologies
Fluent in English
Intune / software deployment experience
Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
Networking experience
Exchange hybrid environment
ITIL / ITSM
Ticket management

Entry requirements:

3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
