Primary ECTPermanent ECT opportunity from September 2024.Will you be an Early Careers Teacher from September 2024 Would you like to work in an ‘Outstanding’ primary school just outside Birmingham City Centre*** Early Careers Teacher*** Contract: Permanent, September 2024*** Salary: £30,000*** Location: Sparkhill, Birmingham*** 2-Form Entry primary school | Year 2, 4 and 5 class teacher vacanciesThis is a dynamic and inclusive 2-Form Entry primary school located in the heart of Birmingham, committed to providing a high-quality education to all of their pupils. They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Careers Teacher to join theirexperienced team in either Year 2, 4 or 5.As an Early Careers Teacher at the school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students in your subject area. You will be supported by a team of experienced and passionate educators who will provide guidance and mentorshipto help you develop your skills as a teacher.The successful candidate will have a strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students. You will have a commitment to ensuring that all students achieve their fullpotential and will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum.Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering lessons in your subject area to a high standard
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, and providing feedback and support where necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and deliver a cohesive and effective curriculum
  • Maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance
  • Participating in extra-curricular activities and school events
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree in a relevant subject
  • Excellent subject knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing a high-quality education for all students
