Whether it’s practical support with a friendly face, acting as a key worker, taking charge of personal plans and quality audits or undertaking SVQ assessments. Butit’s also a role for a leader, as you’ll allocate work, organise rotas, performance management and deliver training to staff. You’ll even contribute to our quality improvement through the plan.And, while you help us continually improve, we’ll support you own improvement.
