Job Role:Secondary RE TeacherLocations:North London (Barnet)Daily Rate:(M1) £188.45 - (M6) £244.44 per day PAYEWe are partnering with a leading secondary school in Barnet. The school is seeking a qualified and dedicatedRE Teacherto join their team in September, on a long-term contract.The School:Known for giving every child, regardless of their background or ability, the opportunity to live life to the full and realise their potential. A school with strong values and an environment where students are given the chance to flourish. The role is full time,beginning in September, for up to 12 months. Pay is commensurate with experience on the main teaching pay scale - Inner London.Mandatory Requirements for anRETeacher:

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Religious Education lessons.
Marking students work and providing feedback effectively.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and promotes overall well-being.
Monitor individual student progress, using innovative feedback methods for personalised independent growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative lesson materials and exchange effective teaching strategies.
Hold a UK recognised Teaching qualification, with QTS.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.

The IdealRE Teacherwill:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, ensuring that individual educational goals are met.
Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and interventions.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students.
