REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working with a well establishing business based in Bath in their search for a PART-TIMEResearch Administrator.Temporary – 1st July – 17th October2 days per week (ideally Monday and Tuesday)9-5pmHybridThe successful PART-TIMEResearch Administrator will ideally have a background in administration, project management and financial administration.Key duties include:

Responsibility for all aspects of administrative support for the Research Culture initiative
Ensuring the programme runs in an efficient and effective manner and adapts to changing circumstances
Supporting the financial tracking of and helping to co-ordinate administrative elements
Booking meetings/ events as required.
Building strong working relationships and delivering to strict deadlines
Liaison with other professional services as needed
Minutes of meetings

The ideal candidate should:

Possess experience of having worked in an administrative capacity
Have excellent IT skills
Be organised with strong time management skills
Be able to take minutes of meetings
