Role: Cover SupervisorLocation: Kirklees-based Secondary SchoolsSalary: £90 - £130 per dayPosition Type: Temporary/ContractRole OverviewI am seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join my team here at Veritas Education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students in the absence of their regular teachers.This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and have the skills to manage a classroom effectively.Key Responsibilities

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with their learning activities.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Support students with their learning and respond to any questions or concerns they may have.
Liaise with teaching staff to provide feedback on student progress and behaviour.

Requirements

Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive and proactive approach to supporting student learning.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
