Job Description

Are you a qualified MFL Teacher Are you wanting to inspire students in the languages of French Do you have the ability to plan and deliver inclusive, exciting lessons If so, I want to hear from you immediately! My Partner school based nearby to areassuch at Batley, Dewsbury, Mirfield and Cleckheaton are looking for a full-time teacher to start in September Monday - Friday teaching mainly French across Key stage 3 & 4.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish) at the secondary school level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
