Contract Length: 12 monthsLocation: Belfast, around 1 day per week in the officeRole requirements:• Experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including senior managers.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Experience, of at least 6 months, of working within an Accounts Payable and an Accounts receivable function within a finance team.• Experience of managing a team of staff to deliver outcomes against competing priorities.• The ability to work on own initiative, delivering results and managing work in a complex and fast moving environment and subject to competing priorities.• Ability to identify, resolve or escalate the issues and find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.• Ability to lead, develop, motivate and manage staff.• Ability to work on own initiative and provide a positive contribution to the overall success of the team.• Have successfully passed the final examination and be a full member of an Accounting Technician body.Required skills
