Job Description

REED HR is delighted to support our client in Belfastwho is seeking to recruit a temporaryHR Administrator for a 3–4-month period.This is a hybrid rolewill provide HR Administration support the team to ensureall HR updates and documentation is maintained.The role:As HR Administrator you will beupdating and maintaining appropriate filing systems, both manual and electronic.ProvideHR administration support for day-to-day operational needs of the business, updating standard documentation and systems for all employees throughout the employment cycle.Administration and co-ordination of recruitment campaigns.Provide assistance with HR reports, presentations, proposals, charts, surveys using Microsoft packages.Liaising with agencies and maintaining recruitment platforms.Provide administration support for induction and onboarding of new employees.Update and maintain training records and the training database.Be the HR point of contact for any employee HR queriesEssential Criteria:At least 1 year ‘s HR administration experienceGood understanding and working knowledge of GDPR.Good numeracy and literacy and knowledge & use of Microsoft Office packages especially Excel.We need a well organisedwith strong attention to detail.Good communication skills both written & verbal.Desirable:This temporary role would be ideal for someone in the early stages of completing an HR qualification and with a knowledge of employment law legislation.Hybrid role - Working hours 35per weekFREE car parkingIf you are interested, please send your CV to
