Rates Sales Business Execution - 12 month contract, £602/day The Rates Sales Business Execution team supports the combined Sales organization for Corporates and Institutional clients in Rates. The role reports to the Rates CAO. The candidate will be responsible for the overall administrative activities of the businessin Europe and will help the broader Rates Sales Business Execution team with the global initiatives to support the business in its strategy & business development, as well as to maintain a robust 1st Line of Defense control environment and culture to minimizeoperational risk within the business. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven ability to work together with multiple stakeholders across Markets, Compliance, Finance, HR, O&T and Risk. The role requires strong analytical, interpersonal and leadershipskills that rely on influence and building effective partnerships to execute our business plans and controls in a systematic, measurable, and effective way.
