What it’s all about…

Speaking with students on the telephone as well as on email
Processing orders and resolving complaints
Maintaining student database
Supporting the sales and management teams with ad hoc administrative duties
Provide an exceptional level of customer service
Ensure timely and effective answers to enquiries
Achieve and exceed KPI’s

What we need from you…

Experience working in a similar customer service focussed role
Confidence in speaking with students over the phone and answering emails
Demonstrate excellent customer service
Passion to provide the best customer service experience
Ability to prioritise and manage your workload
