Job Description

We are partnering with a specialist manufacturing company in Solihull, in support of their continued expansion, we are looking for a full time, permanent Technical Coordinator who can work in a fast paced environment, either as part of a team oron their own. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader to create an exciting and rewarding future.This role is paying a salary of £29,000.00 and you must be able to travel to Solihull to their office, this is a fully office based role. Knowledge and experience of the system Joblogic would beadvantageous.Duties as a Technical Coordinator:

  • Deal with incoming enquires from customers promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Manage the delivery of the quotation, sales, and invoicing processes.
  • Prepare spare parts lists.
  • Cross referencing parts numbers with drawings and specifications.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Understanding technical drawings and part specifications.
  • Coordinate service activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain the good relationships with the company customers.
  • Arrange the collection and shipment of parts between the UK and Europe.
To be considered for the role of Technical Coordinator you will require:
  • Strong IT skills, including a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience of administration within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Sage and SAP software is desirable.
