You will have the passion for teaching and be able to motivate under-achieving students and help raise attainment levels.In this KS2 ECT post, you will be teaching one of the KS2 classes (Either Year 3 or Year 5 depending on your skills and experience. Through the exceptional CPD on offer, you will learn a host of new teaching skills and the school, and the department followa roughly holistic teaching ethos. Day-to-day, you will be dealing with the full range of needs and capabilities in your class through assigning certain duties and responsibilities to your dedicated class teaching assistant.
