Job Description

SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Manager to join our clients team on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract immediately in Birmingham. £32,000 per annum Office based Monday - Friday Immediate Start Central location - ideal for public transport Responsibilities: Provide administrative assistance to senior management and other departments. Schedule and organise appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain a clean and professional reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution. Plan and oversee office layout, coordinating with building management for facility issues. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Organise and manage office events and staff meetings. Prepare, monitor, and manage the office budget. Track office spending to maintain cost-efficiency. Approve purchase orders and maintain vendor relationships. Act as the main contact for internal and external communications. Assist HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining records. Develop and enforce office policies and procedures. Regularly update office policies as necessary.
