You will be responsible for the delivery of several relocation projects across the UK. You will manage a variety of in-house staff and external contractors.This is a 6-12month fixed term contract.DescriptionAs Property Relocations Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of several site relocation projects across the portfolio of properties ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Roles & Responsibilities* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Closure)* Implement effective project controls, and provide timely and accurate project reporting* Escalate risks, issues and concerns at the earliest opportunity* Maintain a project RAID log, and project schedule for each project* Produce required project documentation to enable successful project outcomes* Develop, build and maintain relationships both internally and externally to achieve project objectives* Ensure effective communication at all levels* Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are adhered to* Proactively resolve issues through negotiation and compromise* Working within a clearly defined governance structure* Engaging with project stakeholders to resolve issues and seek clarificationProfile
