Job Description

Are you someone who goes the extra mile for your customers and commercially awareCan you manage client queries and manage realistic expectations If so, then this could be for you.Im currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join my clients small team based in Aston, Birmingham.Role

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers
  • Manage all incoming enquiries and inbox
  • Manage courier collections
  • Print labels for warehouse
  • Process all orders
  • Update all customers data accordingly
You must
  • Have worked within Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and able work to tight deadlines
  • Have a can do attitude
£23,500Benefits
  • 20 Days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Christmas shutdown
  • 08.30am -17.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 16.00pm finish.
