Job Title: Sales NegotiatorLocation: Remote working from homeDuration: PermanentSalary: £22, 310 per annum + Commission ( OTE £30k - £36k ++ uncapped commission ) + Benefits package. 37.5 hours per week.To achieve competitive and acceptable purchase offers for customers through effective negotiation with both buyers and sellers.Primary ResponsibilitiesNegotiating property sales with buyers and sellersUpselling products and servicesDelivering outstanding customer service through consultative salesBuild rapport quickly and confidently seek to understand each customers needsSkills and ExperienceConsultative sales and negotiation - evaluation of need, spotting opportunities, selling of products and services.Customer-centric with intuitive sales approach.Ideally a background in property.
