Job Description

Being a key member of the operations, you will be responsible for managing arranging collections of vehicles using sub-contractors and hauliers. This will be done by building and maintain relationships with the sub-contractors to ensure the best rates canbe agreed and deliver on customer SLA targets.Client DetailsMy client are a market leader in the automotive reselling industry. As part of a wider group, there is great opportunity for you to progress further into your careerDescriptionThe key responsibilities of Service Delivery Coordinator are:

  • Allocation of deliveries by using hauliers and sub-contractors
  • Sending list of open jobs to sub-contractors
  • Negotiation best rates
  • Cost Focus - Wor on best rates and solutions to hit budgets and SLAs
  • Build at maintain relationships with subcontractors
  • Manage movement requests ensuring that they are planned in line with agreed SLAs and cost, proactively following up by progress chasing hauliers on outstanding moves.
  • Day to day management of workloads into the department to ensure maximum effectiveness, efficiency and co-ordination of all elements
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
ProfileThe successful Service Delivery Coordinator will:

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Maintain composure in high pressure situation
