NEW ROLE WITIHIN NEW OFFICE! Our clients have recently moved and are keen to build their team! as Senior Customer Services Exec you will be dealing with our client B2B customers· Provide a high level of product information and customer service to a range of customers· Ensuring the business to business emails are answered within timescales· Processing sales orders and sending order confirmations, sending out samples· Senior Customer Services team Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM systems daily· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.· Monitor the sales Customer Service e-mail and sending out acknowledgements· Liaise with customers via telephone and email regarding their orders, stock and prices· Answer inbound calls sales enquiries and build relationships for future sales· Customer Services, point of contact for new account enquiries and research trends and sales changesNewman Personnel are experiencing high volumes of cvs at this time and so are unable to contact all candidates that apply.
