FP&A Manager | c.£70,000 with incredible Bonus & Bens | Blackburn | Services Business | Exciting PE Backed High Growth SMEAxon Moore is exclusively partnering with a highly acquisitional Services business in the Blackburn area as they search for a new FP&A Manager. With great aspiration and a complex business plan, they have tripled their turnover in the last few years makingthis an incredibly sought after company to work for. Due to internal promotion and sheer growth, this is a newly created position to assist them in their next phase of expansion.Reporting to the FP&A Director and a dotted line to the CFO, this will be a highly visible and commercial role where you will support the business with strategic financial models, reporting on financial performance and controlling the complete budgetingprocess. You will also work closely with the BI/data teams, wider finance and key stakeholders across the business.The successful FP&A Manager can expect to:• Work with Business Partners to ensure their respective inputs are included and incorporated into a robust financial model.• Support in identifying inefficiencies, proposing and delivering effective solutions to these to improve the performance of the process and the finance function.• Manage and support a high performing commercial team. • Produce weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs and overall performance and ensure timely reporting to senior management and operations.• Proactively working with others to ensure necessary improvements to data quality • Perform ROI analysis on all investments and assess strategic performance. • Driving integrity, attention to detail and accuracy of reporting. • Produce high quality financial reporting presentations, to be delivered by senior management.• Support information requests from the wider finance team and business stakeholders.This role would suit a commercial minded, data driven candidate, who wants to add value to a high level at a pivotal point within the company’s growth.You will be Qualified in ACA/CIMA/ACCA to be considered with substantial commercial experience.
