Are you a commercially astute leader driving growth and establishing/maintaining strong strategic relationships with key partners We are working on an exclusive basis with our client to recruit a Managing Director into this Healthcare Sector business. Youwill be overseeing efficient business operations and providing a strong development and support framework for your team.Reporting into the Executive Board with full accountability for delivering against business strategic objectives.Key accountabilities & responsibilities Performance oversight and delivery on all Strategic Objectives and measures, including hitting Plan and growth targets. Develop and own the sales plan, driving growth, establishing new strategic partnerships and maximising value opportunities from both the market and existing partners. Oversee the development and maintenance of the strategy and long-term vision. Ensure the business consistently has the optimal organisational design. Ownership of the People Plan, providing strong leadership and development to our people and driving employee engagement. Establish and maintain the appropriate culture to support delivery of the strategic objectives. Management of all key stakeholders, internal and external, and the Communication Plan. Continually identify all possible ways (particularly through the use of technology, process improvements and customer service) to improve the customer experience and satisfaction. Establish and maintain a suitable external profile and continuously gather deep market insights to support the development of the business. Ensure there is an effectively functioning governance and risk framework to provide assurance that all risks, obligations and opportunities are appropriately managed.
