Job Description

This 12 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) will provide an opportunity to progress within a FMCG business which is number one in their category. In the short term, you’ll be supporting the business with data, reporting and ensuring that everything is in placeto maximise sales. And eventually you’ll own your own customers either in the UK or Internationally.The hiring manager is a natural coach and willing to invest time and energy to support your career development. So if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, this could be the right environment and role for you.Your new role (Commercial Executive)The key responsibilities of the Commercial Executive are:

  • To track, monitor and report sales data to key stakeholders. This will involve internal and external data sets
  • Tracking of competitor activity
  • Creating new line forms
  • Ensuring samples are distributed in line with country Regulations
  • Support and organise events
  • Work with digital teams and brandbank imagery to name a few
A full candidate pack is available on request.Reporting into The International Sales Manager and with a dotted line into the UK Sales Manager this is both the challenge and charm.   • Base salary = £30k to £40k
  • WFH ~50% | Bracknell ~50%
  • International Travel once every two months
  • 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).
Skills and experience to be successful
  • Experience of excel such as the ability to write VLOOKUPs and HLOOKUPs
  • The ability to take data sets and provide insight and recommendations
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy
  • A cultural awareness of how international markets will differ to the UK
The Interview Process
  • 60 minute TEAMS interview with The International Sales Manager + 1 other (likely to be the General Manager)
  • 60 minute face to face interview with The International Sales Manager + 1 other (likely to be the UK Sales Manager). There will also be a short data exercise and presentation on the day.
