Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business. As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for approx. 1600 employees pay, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.Client DetailsOur Client

  • National and European Media business with bases across the UK (office in Bracknell)
  • Fantastic UK work force of approx. 1600 employees

  • Providing a wide range of services to numerous businesses in most fields
DescriptionPayroll Officer (Hybrid)
  • End to end payroll processing for all UK employees - working with external providers too
  • Working closely with HR, submitting T&A reports and inputting necessary data
  • Starters and leavers - producing necessary documents
  • Statutory payment processing - SSP, SPP, SMP etc.
  • Gross to Net checks - post payroll submission
  • Liaise directly with employees to deal with all payroll queries
  • Prepare monthly pension data - liaise with external pension provider
  • Assist HR Operations - payroll requests, training etc.
ProfilePayroll Officer (Hybrid)
  • Commutable distance of Bracknell (essential)
  • Open to 4 days office based working (occasionally 3 days office based)
  • Proven payroll exposure previously (essential) - strong track record of payroll end to end
  • Any additional qualifications would be highly desirable (CIPP)
  • Worked within a payroll environment with approx. 1000 employees or more (ideal)
  • Worked with numerous payroll formats (weekly, monthly etc.)
Job OfferPayroll Officer (Hybrid)
  • Salary: Ranging from £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on interview performance and prior payroll exposure)
  • Hybrid Working - Typically 3/4 days based in the office in Bracknell
  • Free parking and easy access via public transport
