Job Description

Our client are a forward-thinking, independent lettings agency committed to providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. They are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their small team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, possess excellent communication skills and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsiblefor managing the letting process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.

  • £24,000 basic, plus commission
  • Full time, permanent

Key Responsibilities:Property Listings: Managing property listings on various platforms, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.Viewings: Coordinating and conducting property viewings, providing potential tenants with detailed information about the properties.Tenant Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing enquiries and facilitating the rental process.Landlord Communication: Maintaining regular communication with landlords, providing updates on the status of their properties and advising on market trends.Negotiation: Handling negotiations between landlords and tenants to ensure satisfactory agreements are reached.Requirements:Previous experience in a lettings negotiator role or a similar position within the property industry is essential, as is a full UK Driving License Benefits:- Attractive commission structure- Opportunities for career progression within a growing company- Training and development programs- A supportive and collaborative team environment
