Manage a varied caseload of patients including stroke, neurological conditions, dementia and other acquired communication/swallowing disorders.

assess, diagnose, plan and deliver treatment programmes to patients in their care, using evidence-based treatments

will promote independence, function and integration within the community using a multi-disciplinary approach

be responsible for own caseload in the clinical setting, including patients with complex needs, working without direct supervision

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

Degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy
HCPC Registration
Post graduate dysphagia training
Experience working in a community setting
Previous experience within stroke and neurology assessment/rehabilitation
Valid UK Drivers licence and access to a vehicle
