Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Customer Service Executive to work from their site in Bretton.For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:

Salary up to £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm
Permanent position
Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension

The role - Customer Service Executive:

Responsible for managing customer requests for skip hire and sales
Assist customers with their invoice queries and pricing for their orders
Collect overdue payment and revenue
Contact customers regarding overdue invoices
Manage any complaints or changes of details

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:

Previous office based customer service experience - ESSENTIAL
Managing complaints / problem solving - ESSENTIAL
Knowledge of the waste industry / services industries - DESIREABLE
IT Literacy / MS Office Packages & Administration Capability - ESSENTIAL
