Job Description

Our IT team are searching for an experienced, dedicated individual to join Lifetime Training. You will bean experienced Application Support Engineer who is a self-starter, able to work individually, take ownership of issues using their technical knowledgeand natural curiosity to trouble-shoot, identify and implement solutions where documentation is limited.What will you be doingYou will be providing hands on application support and configuration on several applications: Dynamics CRM, Umbraco Websites, Azure, and Power Platform.

  • Deliver no code/low code changes to Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure and Web applications.
  • Perform system maintenance and configuration tasks
  • Understand release management lifecycle, and perform releases to production environments.
  • Assisting system users with support, application development and testing activities.
  • Provide assistance on key projects for customers.
  • Proactively work on change requests and support tickets with business stakeholders, vendors and other members of the IT team.
  • Continuous service improvement, always be looking to improve ways of working and system functionality and performance.
  • Mentor/train other members of the support team by share knowledge to upskill them
What will you bring to the role
  • Experience of 3rdline application support (application support and configuration)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of Supporting Dynamics, Power Platform, Umbraco and Azure, or similar platforms (at least 2).
  • Experience of ITIL or Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience of working with 3rd party SaaS solutions and vendors
  • Experience of system integration and APIs
  • Experience of low code/no code solutions
  • Experience of scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript and SQL queries)
  • Organisational and time management skills.
