You will play a key role in shaping the audit practice, developing strategic client relationships, andcontributing to the firm’s growth and development. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proactive approach, capable of delivering solutions that meet client needs while adhering to regulatory standards.This role is perfect for someone who is looking to step into a leadership position within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will be expected to demonstrate not only technical excellence but also a genuine passion for guiding clients anddeveloping the capabilities of your team.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
  • Oversee and ensure the timely completion of audit assignments, while adhering to budget and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice to enhance their business operations.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
  • Contribute to the firms business development activities, identifying opportunities for new business and service enhancements.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong record in audit practice.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Proven managerial skills and experience in leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team interactions effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office.
