Commercial Litigation Senior Associate 6+PQE: BristolOur client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join their dynamic team of dispute resolution lawyers. With over 100 professionals, their team handles a diverse range of complex challenges, focusing on delivering outcomes ratherthan just process. Chambers acknowledges their highly regarded team of practitioners, known for handling high-value national and international disputes.As a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate, you will collaborate with a range of high-profile and cutting-edge clients across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include handling complex commercial litigation matters, such as contractual disputes,corporate/shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud, insurance, and financial services/banking disputes. Working as part of a team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases and contribute to achieving successful outcomes for clients.Responsibilities:- Building the Culture: Act as a role model to enhance the workplace culture and support change initiatives.- Delivering Results: Successfully achieve personal goals, align contributions with overall priorities, and manage resources effectively for project delivery.- Growing their People: Actively develop your team, enhance expertise in your field, and deepen your knowledge and skills.- Developing their Business: Foster collaboration and seek networking opportunities for referrals.Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in high-quality commercial litigation in the High Court or leading arbitration bodies.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Must be a registered lawyer with the SRA.
