An Interim HR Project Manager (remote working) is required to work as part of a team specialising in major Global transformation projects, delivering significant programmes of change. The Project Manager will take a lead role in specific HR Transformation projects within the programme work stream in an integrated and controlled fashion and ensure delivery against the business case benefits. Other key deliverables will include:Day to day project management of specific projects within the context of the Global HR Programme through Design, Build, Test and Deployment.Ensure the HR transformation projects achieve the targeted business benefits by delivering the scope on time, within budget and to quality.Manage project level risks and issues and escalates where necessary.Manage and monitors the project performance, progress against milestones, and appropriateness and quality of work, and where necessary takes corrective actionManage Project delivery priorities resolving conflicts both internal and external.The successful candidate will have strong project management skills - demonstrable experience in delivering wide ranging business change, especially in the HR space. Additionally you will be able to demonstrate good skills in relation to basics/fundamentals of managing project costs (budgeting, estimating, contingency planning and forecasting). You will also have practical knowledge of the range of contractual arrangements related to the programme and roles various vendors can play.
