Technical Services Manager - Legal - Professional Services - ITIL - Supplier relationship - central BristolAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK professional services organisation. Joining a small team, a new position for the organisation working as a Technical Services Manager in excellent corporate surroundings.The position is to work very closely with the Outsourced Managed Service Supplier, working with them on SLAs, KPIs etc. Youll be working across the full ITIL stack, as well as Service Improvement and Risk. Youll be responsible for the Service Transition for new resources for the Managed Service Provider.As the Technical Services Manager, youll also get the opportunity to work on small projects, such as software upgrades or hardware and device roll-outs.Reporting directly to the Head of IT, their core infrastructure is within a Windows and Citrix platform, alongside a host of Legal Applications.
