Job Description

Job Opportunity: Marketing ManagerAre you a data-driven marketer with a passion for achieving tangible results My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance traffic, website inquiries, and leads. If you thrivein a dynamic start-up environment and are eager to make a significant impact, this role could be perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:Paid Marketing:

  • Optimize PPC spend to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies across a start-up ad budget.
  • Manage marketing funnels across various paid search and social channels, ensuring efficient allocation and performance tracking.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):
  • Focus on the targeted growth of core site landing pages.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and implement A/B testing schedules to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement to drive better results.
CRM & Email Marketing:
  • Implement and expand email marketing audiences.
  • Automate email marketing processes to drive website subscriptions and leads.
  • Understand the role of email marketing within the broader customer lifecycle, using it as a tool for brand and reputation management.
Social Media Marketing:
  • Launch and build social media channels, both organic and paid, to grow top-of-funnel (TOFU) audiences.
  • Drive reliable subscriptions and leads through strategic social media initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging visitor profiles and acquisition strategies, including platforms like TikTok and broadcast media.
Analytics and Analysis:
  • Utilise tools such as GA4, Search Console, and Hubspot to derive actionable insights.
  • Continuously test and refine automation workflows to maximise conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Focus on improving site conversion rates and enhancing customer journeys through data-driven decisions.
Content (SEO):
  • Collaborate closely with the content and development teams to ensure that all assets and on-site pages are optimised for SEO.
  • Work towards setting up the site for SEO success, driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.
About You:
  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating a proven track record of driving results.
  • Data-Driven: You are a data-led marketer with a strong focus on metrics and performance.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working with others to find innovative solutions and are excited by the opportunity to lead a team.
  • Technical Skills: You are comfortable using web CMS, CRM systems, Hubspot, and GA4/Tag Manager.
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in owning your metrics and are comfortable with both analytical tasks and creative endeavours
  • Innovative: You see AI tools as opportunities for assistance and are always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
Additional Information:Work Schedule:
  • Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
  • The working hours are between 09:00 - 17:30.
Location: BristolWhile this role is primarily remote, regular weekly visits to our Bristol office are required for collaborative working, training sessions, team-building activities, and meetings.Benefits:
