Job Description

If you’re passionate about organisation and love making a difference, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.A professional services firm based in Bromsgrove seek an Administrator where you’ll play a pivotal role in the admin and filing systems throughout the firm.This is a customer focused role where no two days are the same, getting involved in the liaison with clients such as preparing documentation, filing records and ensuring billing is up to date.Reporting into the Practice Manager, they are a positive and open character, preaching a fun and inclusive environment throughout the office. The firm are renowned for being supportive and collaborative, always valuing contributions and provides ongoingtraining and development initiatives.The Administrator would be ideal for professional with prior admin experience, that is detail-oriented with the desire to make a positive impact within a high-calibre working culture.Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, filing and maintaining records, documentation and systems
  • Preparing client forms, files and ensuring billing is up to date
  • Meeting, greeting and liaising with clients
  • Managing all incoming queries, letters and diary management
  • Typing letters, reports and professional documentation
  • Other ad hoc general administration tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience within administration
  • Confident to liaise across all business levels and directly with clients
  • Highly organised, detail orientated with ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Any prior experience with IRIS, Xero or any accountancy software would be beneficial
