Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and methodical Finance & Stock Administrator in the FMCG industry, based in Burton on Trent Your primary role will be to support the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate stock records and financialreports.Client DetailsThis organisation is renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.Description

  • Produce stock from process sheets, varying levels of work-in-progress through to finished goods
  • Prepare daily loading list for goods being dispatched to customers
  • Record and monitor raw material purchase prices
  • Create purchase order requests from various staff members
  • Update and maintain supplier catalogue prices
  • Enter goods receipts into system
  • Manage monthly physical stock take and reconcile volumes with the system investigating variances
  • Enter/update bill of materials in the system
  • Ability to communicate with non-financial staff members to rectify issues/queries
ProfileA successful Finance & Stock Administrator should have:
  • A background in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and financial administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excel skills
