Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a vital role in the accounting and finance department.   • Processing invoices.
  • Manage and maintain supplier accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Create and update expense reports.
  • Process reimbursement forms.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy.

ProfileA successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
  • Previous experience within an accounts payable function.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
