Job Description

Are you looking for the next step in your career We are looking for an assertive, pro-active individual who is used to relationship building. Managing contracts across the country, dealing with facilities management and working within an SLA. Thisis an exciting opportunity to put your own stamp on things. Competitive salary £27K, plus £300 per month car allowance, salary negotiable depending on experienceWhat will you be doing as a Facilities Co-ordinatorA typical day in this sector, is managing customer expectations, problem solving, negotiating, organising, and delivering results. Managing 60 self-employed contractors across UK and Ireland, maximising opportunities to deliver on a service level agreement.

  • B2B engagement with new contractors, day to day engagement of compliance and administration
  • Supporting the new contractors through the onboarding process
  • Supporting with new locations and identifying gaps in the market
  • Working within an SLA and KPIs
  • Holding monthly review meetings with suppliers
  • Driving specific improvements with contractors to drive forward actions plans for efficiency
  • Attending on site meeting with contractors and suppliers
  • Building relationships is key
We are looking to engage with candidates who excel in building business relationships, have an assertive outlook are used to working in a fast based busy office. Candidates who can manage a busy diary and also react quickly to problem solving. We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Facilities or Estates Management, Lettings or Property Management, Managing Contracts, B2B, Service Reviews, Compliance and Administration. You may have experience in scheduling / planning or project management or operations manager/ co-ordinatorYou will be used to planning and organising your day, managing and working with a Service Level Agreement to meet the need of the customers.What will you get in return for your work as a Facilities Co-ordinator
  • On-site working
  • 37 hours per week
  • There will be some travelling involved after an on-boarding process - UK & Ireland
  • Competitive salary £27K + negotiable depending on experience
  • £300 car allowance + mileage depending on size of vehicle
  • 22 holidays + bank holidays rising 1 day per year to a maximum of 27 days + bank holidays
  • 7% performance bonus
