We partner with our clients to increase and retaintalent by scouting and delivering unmatched talent, co-creating onboarding experiences, and forging solid partnerships.Role Overview: As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant at KPPS, you will be responsible for managing and growing our engineering recruitment desk. This role offers a warm desk with pre-existing clients and an expectation to develop furtherand expand the desk.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to grow the engineering desk.
Actively source, screen, and interview candidates using our advanced AI technology and pre-recorded interview techniques.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to our ambitious growth objectives.
Provide expert advice and market insights to both clients and candidates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

What We Offer:
