Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in classroom activities and supporting students with their learning
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help
Helping to create engaging learning materials and resources
Promoting positive behavior and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students

Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students

Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
