Job Description

Robert Half Cambridge is looking for an Interim Credit Controller to join one of our clients based North of Cambridge.This is a full time position requiring someone to be in the office 5 days a week and start as soon as possible.For the right candidate there could be a permanent position available following the temporary period.Our client are looking to pay in the region of £15 per hour.Main Duties:

  • Posting sales invoices, issuing credit notes and refunds
  • Dealing with customer queries and liaising with the sales team
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Shared accounts inbox management
  • Chasing aged debt
  • Supporting wider team with coaching and guidance
Attributes:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • AAT qualified/studying or qualified by experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self starter
