Job Description

Position: Head of Customer FulfilmentLocation: CambridgeshireSalary: £90,000 to £110,000 + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance)If there is something stopping you from achieving all you’re capable of, you’ll relish a role with a company that will positively encourage you to be pro-active - a real opportunity to release your true potential.The Company: Our Client, an innovative dynamic passionate manufactures minimal invasive next-generation robotic-assisted medical devices that are at the forefront of how surgical procedures are carried out. An award-winning company that plans to significantly disrupt the way surgery is performed for the benefit of millions of patients all around the world.Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a Head of Customer Fulfilment to head up the global Customer Fulfilment department, to ensure that customers have the product and parts customer need at exactly the right time. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Use analytical, technical, program management, and operations management skills to develop plans for teams to execute.
  • Work cross functionally to design the fulfilment network of the future.
  • Help craft new fulfilment concepts to integrate into the network to improve the overall customer experience and reduce the total cost of fulfilment.
  • Present a clear view on Supply Chain Strategy, developing tech requirements to enhance the planning efforts and ensuring the fulfilment network is robust to address future challenges and growth.
  • Setting and executing Customer Fulfilment strategy to ensure that hospitals, healthcare professionals and ultimately patients have the equipment and consumables they need when they need it
  • Managing a Customer Fulfilment teams across regional and global sites
  • Develop procedures to improve the efficiency of logistics order processing and customer service operations
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain & Manufacturing teams to ensure steady supply of finished goods and spare parts to the global Customer Fulfilment teams
    • The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
  • A Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering.
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.
  • Demonstrated ability leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the medical device industry
  • Appreciation of medical device industry quality and regulatory requirements in EU, US and international markets.
    • You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £90,000 to £110,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.Do you have the courage to take on this challenge Required skills
