Our client is a leading provider of coffee, unattended retail, vending, and refreshment services and are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team. This role involves installing and providing technical support for coffee, vending, and waterequipment. Day to Day of the role:

Complete machine filters/de-scales and manage service response to machine breakdowns, ensuring KPI’s and standards are met or exceeded.
Perform necessary repairs or services, reporting any major faults to maintain machines in good working order.
Use Vend Manager on a smartphone to respond to service calls, complete calls, and service reports.
Maintain accurate documentation to Company standards.
Liaise with relevant sub-contractors for certain machine repairs.
Conduct installations, sometimes collaborating with other engineers and/or sub-contractors.
Install coin mechanisms and card readers, register all equipment on Vend Manager and/or other relevant software.
Manage customer satisfaction throughout and post-installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Full UK driving licence.
DBS Certificate (or the ability to obtain one through the company).
2-3 years’ experience as a field service engineer.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills, both external and internal.
Local residency to Greater London.
Experience with Evoca, Coffetek, and fresh milk coffee equipment, as well as Vend Manager or a similar vend management system, is preferred.
