Job Title:Secondary Science TeacherContract: Full Time ContractLocation:Merton, London, UKPay Rate:34,514.00 -51,180.00The School:anzuk Education are partnering with secondary schools and sixth forms in South West London. We have a long-standing relationship with these schools and previous teachers have thrived in their positive culture, feeling empowered and supported.We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Science Teachers to join our vibrant team. The successful candidates will have a passion for science and a commitment to inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential. The role is afull-timecontract starting in September 2024. Ideal candidates will have a passion for science and education, with the ability to engage and inspire students across Key Stages 3-5.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
