They are on a mission to transform their data landscape and drive strategic growth.Role Overview: As the Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with the Strategy Director to enhance the data governance, establish a single source of truth, elevate BI reporting, and shape the long-term data strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain a single source of truth for all data-related activities.
  • Enhance BI reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a robust long-term data strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Proven experience in data governance, BI reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Background in financial services is a plus.
